Your retreat is about rest and opening up to possibility It's about listening to how our body feels and what messages it wants to tell us, if only we'd stop long enough to notice. Let's get curious about who we are and where we want to go.

Our venue is singular. Lefay Resort & Spa, Lago di Garda is located just 1.5 hours from Verona Airport on the northern tip of Lake Garda, this hotel has a philosophy of eco-sustainability and sterling service. All bedrooms face the lake and feature warm olive and walnut wood flooring, contemporary oak furniture and bathrooms with power showers, enormous baths and Italian marble surfaces. Food & Drink

Local, seasonal and sustainable produce is the key to the gourmet cuisine at Lefay. Breakfast is an extensive buffet with great coffee, eggs any which way, cheeses, charcuterie, pastries, fruit, and more, plus a juice bar. And prosecco. Just sayin'.


We'll enjoy a gourmet 3-course lunch each day in the trattoria and if the weather is warm, we'll sit out on the terrace and savour the view.  

You will receive a room service credit each night because you might never want to get out of your bathrobe after our workshops finish at lunchtime. On our final night, we'll have a special closing dinner in the beautiful La Grande Limonaia restaurant.

Spa Experience

Lefay SPA world offers 3,800 square metres. Treatments are influenced by Chinese medicine and draw on therapies and techniques from across the globe. Think: energy massages, acupuncture and Indian head massage. Afterwards, sip a herbal tea, or nibble on fresh veggies.


There is an underground salt cave, sauna suite, women-only steam room and hammam, infinity pool, indoor and outdoor hydrotherapy pools, and a gym for those who want to work-out.

Stroll along the terraces of this hillside estate and inhale the clear air with its hints of rosemary and lemon. Practice yoga or T'ai Chi in a free group class or meditate solo in the woods.

Enjoy the delight of creative expression without any attachment to it being 'good'. 

No sharing, no judgement - just dipping, stamping, cutting, glueing, dabbing, stippling. Yum yum yum.

You'll create a handmade notebook by the end of your retreat; I'll show you how. It will be a memento and manifesto.




Karen is the founder of Curiosity Inc. a media and education company. She is a long-time entrepreneur and innovation expert who will show you how to unleash your curiosity for growth and good. 

You'll discover what curiosity is as a mindset and emotion, and why adults lose touch with their curiosity muscles as they grow up. 

Karen will teach you how you can invite curiosity back into your life to help you expand your self-awareness, deepen your relationships and contribute at work and in your community in relevant and meaningful ways.
